Rules of Play

Rules of play:

1. Max 6 players per group – larger groups may be split to keep play flowing.
2. Please keep play moving – if you fall behind, let faster groups go ahead.
3. 6 shots max per hole – then take your score and move on.
4. Start each hole only when the group ahead has finished.
5. No climbing or sitting on course obstacles – they may look fun, but they’re part of the game!
6. Keep balls on the course – no trick shots or full swings.
7. Everyone must be included on a booking whether participating in a game or a non player entry.
8. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times by an adult – especially near putting holes and bar areas.

General house rules:

1. Have fun, but stay safe – watch your step and mind the obstacles.
2. No running or rough play – it’s crazy golf, not an obstacle course.
3. Look after your equipment – damaged or lost clubs/balls may incur a charge.
4. Photos welcome! – tag us on socials @playputt
5. Management reserves the right to remove any guests behaving unsafely or disrespectfully.
6. Alcohol can only be served after 6pm and with a booked session.

Other important information:

1. Only food or drink purchased at DJ’s Cafe may be consumed on the premises (with the exception of baby food, which is typically allowed, at the discretion of management on the day).
2. Birthday cakes cannot be brought onto the premises unless a party has been booked with DJ’s.
3. Mascots/costumes/entertainers are not permitted, for insurance, licensing and child protection reasons.
4. No food or drinks, including sweets, are to be taken onto the play equipment.
5. Play Putt is a cashless venue.
6. Members of staff monitor the use of equipment and are not provided to supervise your children using the facilities.
7. No throwing of putts or balls, or removal from the venue and no bullying/swearing or physical contact.
8. Play Putt does not accept liability for loss of personal items, theft or damage.
9. Do not climb on the golf holes.
10. Strictly no smoking and no chewing gum.
11. You may be asked to leave because of sickness, diarrhoea or unruly behaviour – Refunds will not be given.
12. Management may alter times, prices, menus and equipment without prior notice.
13. For child protection and security reasons we have CCTV in operation.
14. When booking a play session, party, or private hire, or entering our play centre, you not only agree to the above rules, but also to our terms and conditions, which can be found at /terms-and-conditions.
